When you use the invoice generator, the invoice details you type (business info, client info, line items) stay in your browser. They are never sent to our servers except as part of the PDF you ask us to email you.
When you request a PDF by email, we temporarily process your email address and the generated PDF to deliver it via our email provider (Resend). We do not retain the PDF after delivery. We keep your email address only to deliver the PDF you requested and, if you opt in, occasional offers. You can opt out anytime.
We use a single signed cookie to remember whether you have used your free invoice and how many paid downloads remain. No advertising or analytics cookies are used.
To prevent abuse of the free tier, we count free deliveries per email address, network, and device. Only hashed identifiers and counts are stored, with automatic expiration after 30 days.
